Welcome to The Merce! By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Returns and Exchanges:

Domestic Orders: Products purchased from Themerce.com can be exchanged or refunded if received in a damaged condition, wrong size, or incorrect article within 10 days of delivery.
- Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, with intact tags and original packaging. Excess fabric or embellishments from photoshoots will not be included unless stated otherwise.
- Process: Notify us of your intention within 10 days of delivery. Share tracking details and order number with our customer services team. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refund Policy: Refunds are issued in the form of a coupon, redeemable for one-time usage only. Credit card transactions will be refunded to the original card used for the order.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before processing. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or payment issues.

International Orders: Contact us for damaged or incorrect items. Orders cannot be edited or cancelled once processed or dispatched. Customers are responsible for providing necessary documentation for Customs clearance.
2. Accuracy of Content:
- We take every care to ensure accurate product descriptions and prices on our website. However, orders are accepted only if there are no material errors in the description or price. Packaging and colors may vary slightly.
3. Order Acceptance:
- Your order acceptance occurs upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. We will notify you via email once your order is confirmed.
4. Delays:
- While we strive for prompt deliveries, unexpected situations may cause delays. We do not assume responsibility for delayed deliveries.
5. Order Placement:
- International customers can pay via bank transfers. Orders are held for 36 hours after confirmation. Customers are required to pay in advance for stitching orders.

7. Governing Law:
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Karachi have exclusive jurisdiction in any disputes.
